Dogs are welcome on request (£30 per stay). Check-in from 15:00; checkout by 10:30. Early check-in from 08:00 may be possible - just ask.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00, with late arrival accepted until 22:00. Early check-in from 08:00 may be available on request - please contact us in advance. Check-out is by 10:30.
Do you accept dogs?
Yes - dogs are welcome on request. There is a charge of £30 per dog per stay. Please let us know when booking so we can arrange a suitable room.
Is breakfast included?
Please contact us or check your booking confirmation for details on breakfast inclusion. Our on-site restaurant serves a traditional British breakfast for guests who would like to add it to their stay.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests throughout your stay.
How far is the hotel from the beach?
Keats Green Hotel is a short five-minute walk from Shanklin Beach and the Esplanade. Several of our rooms also have direct sea views over Sandown Bay.
Can I book directly with the hotel?
Absolutely. You can contact us directly to check availability and make a booking, or use Booking.com if you prefer. Booking direct means you can speak to us personally about any requirements.

Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms throughout the hotel.
Do you have rooms for larger groups or families?
Yes. Our Family Room sleeps up to 3 guests, and our Suite Apartment accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms - ideal for families or small groups. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss your requirements.
